Turning off the television and removing the stresses, cares and influences of the world around you can also be beneficial.
Something else you can do when writing term papers and dealing with stress is to take a break from your normal routine. You can do something on your own like go get a massage. You can get together with friends for a meal, a movie or some other relaxing and fun activity.
With all of these things to choose from, you should be able to relieve your stress and start feeling better in almost no time at all so that you can focus your energy and concentration on your term paper.
